Please note voucher codes are delivered by email, a physical voucher is not issued. You will receive an email that contains a link to a page that will display your unique voucher code and a scannable QR code. You can forward the voucher link to your recipient or print the voucher page to give to them.
Each code is unique and can be used until the balance is exhausted.
Please note that we do not have access to your voucher code. If lost we can cancel and issue a new code only. If a code has been used it can not be cancelled or re-issued.
