There are two factors to this: how long it takes us to despatch; and how long the courier takes.
We always aim to ship products at the earliest opportunity, some products can be shipped the same day, others may take a day or so. If you want an estimate before purchase please drop us a note and we will let you know.
By default we will ship on a 2-3 day courier service. If you wish to pay a little bit more a next day service is available (FROM THE DAY OF DESPATCH). Courier services are not guaranteed and at busy or disruptive (COVID) times there may be delays. Unfortunately we do not have any control over the delivery process once we have given the parcel to the courier.
We use a selection of couriers and do not guarantee any particular courier will be selected. Courier selection depends on parcel size, weight, where you are and what price the couriers may be offering.
Currently most of our parcels go with Royal Mail, UPS and Hermes. we may use other couriers at our discretion.
You will be notified of the courier used when we despatch.
Unfortunately not at the moment. For the foreseeable future we will only be shipping within the UK.
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
By law in the UK you may return an unused, undamaged product within 14 days for a no quibble refund. We extend this to 30 days. Returns after 30 days are for warranty claims only.
Some products like Riding Hats and Body Protectors, as health protection equipment, are exempt from the right to return under law. We will still accept returns of these, at our discretion, and you will be advised of the terms should you purchase such an item from us.
It depends on the creator and the product. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customization options there.
